The Jewel of the Sierra Collection is a series of framed paintings of Lake Tahoe, mounted on birch and framed in Alder. Jewel of the Sierra no. 112 measures 7 x 9" and is painstakingly made by my husband Randy and I. I create an original painting and finish it with resin before I mount it onto the birch panel. Randy is a retired firefighter from Tahoe Douglas Fire District and loves woodworking. He makes all of my frames, panels, and Lake Tahoe substrates (Panels to paint on). Each piece in the collection is signed and numbered.
